1. Not gambling, no real money
Friendly Scores tracks points and virtual coins only. It never holds, transfers, deposits or pays out money, and a coin has no cash value. It is a game for friends, not a betting product.
2. Settlement is between you
If your group chooses to settle a buy-in among yourselves, that is a private arrangement between you, outside this service. The app does not facilitate it, record it as money, or take any part in it. The organizer's payouts view is accounting only.
3. Who can use it
You must meet the minimum age for your country and use one account per person. Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it is lost.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to run real-money betting or a book, to harass other members, to scrape it or automate abuse, or to upload content you have no right to.
5. Your content
Your predictions, event and team names, and any photo you upload stay yours. You grant us the right to show them to the other members of your event or team so the game can work, and you are responsible for what you upload.
6. Match data
Scores, fixtures and lineups come from a third-party provider and are shown as they arrive. They may be delayed or wrong, and we are not liable for a provider error affecting a standing. An organizer can apply a manual correction.
7. No warranty
This is a hobby service offered as is, with no guarantee that it is available or error-free, to the extent the law allows.
8. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. A material change asks you to accept again before you carry on using the app; continued use after a minor change is acceptance.
